This class helps to rebalance the body after a day of mainly forward motions (sitting, walking, looking at screens, picking up children etc), to include strengthening, mobility and stretching exercises that work the side body. This is really important to keep the body balanced and improve our posture.
Open level class - work to a level that is suitable for your bodies and modify where necessary, or leave an exercise out of it doesn't feel right.
