The magic circle is one of my favourite Pilates props to help challenge and deepen the practice. Connect with your abdominals, mobilise the spine, work in side waist and inner thighs. It is progression level, but if you're newer to Pilates and want to give it a try, then just modify where necessary and leave anything out if it doesn't feel right.
