Suitable for all levels, this mat class works to lengthen, strengthen and tone the entire body. Small hand weights are used to focus on connecting the shoulder on to the back and add the additional challenge to some of the exercises. If you do not have small (1kg -2kg) hand weights, then practice without, or grab some shampoo bottles ;)
