During this class we use the Magic Circle to add gentle resistance, and help you find and connect deeper to your centre. The class is foundation level, so open to all! If you are new to Pilates, returning from injury, or Postnatal, please remember to listen to your body and if any exercise doesn't feel right, leave it out.
